I never got the whole primer thing, honestly I thought it was a crock. Today I am a believer. This is a eyeshadow primer, basically you put in on your eyelids before eyeshadow. Does it make your eyeshadow last longer? yes. Can you use it alone? yes. Does it make a difference? yes.

I learned about primer in the Coast Guard. Green lead then red lead on steel and and zinc on aluminum.
They never talked about eyelids.

Very crazy... one of my completed missions today was to buy eyeshadow primer... and some new make-up brushes... I got a different brand than you though...

Wow, I have so minimized my make-up as the years have gone by, I doubt I'll even try that stuff.
Every day just Maybelline Great Lash dark brown mascara.
And if I'm feeling more festive, start with Revlon's New Complexion foundation (ivory beige,) add a bit of eyeliner with that mascara and maybe even go crazy with Silver City Pink lipstick!
Less looks better with age, anyway.
